This song does it all with Kelly on vocals and David Guetta doing the production it is great. Then there is something which feels like it should be a bridge as the mood changes but we only here it once befor some man says "turn the lights on" but then it explodes into a ridiculosly catchy chorus.Īlso the video is well worth a watch, very interesting. Then it goes back to the verse and i can't wait for the chorus again and it is there soon enough and it has an absolutley brilliant hook on it and it is a great track. We are straight in with a big typical Guetta dance beat and the repetition of dance and then Kelly arrives and her vocals are rich, smooth and surprisingly low all the way through the verse your waiting and then the chorus explodes with a real sing-along chorus as she hollers "I Command You To Dance" it is all rather exciting! The last time David Guetta and Kelly Rowland teamed up they produced When Love Takes Over and now to mark her new album they've collabarated again. When I heard about this song I must admit I nearly wet myself. It ends with you wanting more and ends abruptly but it is a great track.
The chorus is good but doesn't quite stick in your memory as ideally you would want to, when we see a bit more of him i.e the verses and the bridge we see more of his undeniable talent and these are the parts of the songs. It is a very summery track and will obviously rip up the charts however this has been done before but to be fair he puts his own spin on it, no question it is a good track. The contrast between his vocals and the instrumental e.g the drums is almost perfect you can appreciate the music and him as a rapper. The sentiments of the song are not new new but the music is great. It opens with a poppy drum rhythm and it sounds very summery and mainstream then we hear the voice of Example, it's quite dry and could be jangle on your nerves but it just sounds quite fresh and new. This is the third single from an artist who has just began to see head turning his way on the mainstream and this looks to be his biggest hit yet it's Example and it's entitled Kickstarts.
